1. Membership program is a customer loyalty program offered by Stuudio Particular to its customers.
2. Membership (“Membership”) in the program is free. Membership registration can be done by filling the form through website www.stuudio-particular.com (“Online Registration”)
3. These Terms & Conditions constitute an agreement between Member and SP’s Membership with respect to the Program. By participating in the Program, Members agree to these Terms & Conditions.
4. Stuudio Particular Membership reserves the right to change the Terms & Conditions at any time for any reason without prior written notice. Member is responsible for keeping track of any update on the Terms & Conditions.
5. Stuudio Particular Membership reserves the right to terminate the Program at any time for any reason. Stuudio Particular Membership Card is the property of Stuudio Particular’s Membership and will be deactivated automatically following the Program or Membership termination.
6. Membership is only available to individuals, and not available to corporations, charities, partnerships, or any other entity.
• The Member is in breach of the Stuudio Particular Membership Terms & Conditions;
• The Member has not used the Card within 12 months;
• The Member has given incomplete, inaccurate, false or fictitious personal information; and
• The Member commits fraudulent or unauthorised use of Stuudio Particular Membership.
7. Member should promptly notify admin of any changes of personal information such as name, address, telephone numbers, and email address by calling Customer Service Contact Center at +62 81807353269
8. A Member may terminate his/her Membership at any time either by calling Customer Service Contact Center at +62 818107353269
9. By participating in the Program, Members agree to allow Stuudio Particular Membership to communicate via mail, email, phone, text messages, and notification via mobile or website. Stuudio Particular Membership may use these channels to communicate Member’s account status, notify Member when they are eligible for a reward, communicate program changes, offer special Member promotions, information and offerings that Stuudio Particular Membership believes may be of interest to Member. Stuudio Particular will protect Member’s data in accordance with the prevailing laws in Indonesia.

Earning & Redeeming Points

1. The Membership entitles Members to earn Stuudio Particular Membership Points on certain purchases (“Points”) and spend Points on certain future purchases at offline events/bazaar.
2. Points are rewarded based on the price net of all taxes and service charges.
3. Points will be awarded to the Member’s account maximum within 24 hours or 1 day after purchase.
4. Points may not be redeemed for cash, and are not transferable.
5. Points belong to 1 Member.
6. When a Member redeems his/her Points, the Points will be immediately deducted from the Member's account.

Points Expiration

1. Should any Member not use his/her Points for 12 months, the Points will be deemed to be inactive and all accumulated Points will be forfeited.
