Shipping & Returns

Shipping
Orders will be packaged and shipped in 1-2 working days after payment confirmation. Orders that are taken on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) will be checked and shipped on Monday. We use SiCepat, JNE, and J&T as our local carrier with an estimation of 1-3 working days to your package arrival and Rayspeed Asia as our international carrier with an estimation of 5-7 working days to your package arrival based on your preference. Shipping cost will be charged on the customer and it may vary, depending on the location of which the package will be shipped to. Tracking code will be provided and shared to you through email right away after shipping.

The items purchased from our site are shipped by a third-party carrier to a shipment contract, as a result, risk of loss and title for such items passed to you upon our delivery to the carrier are no longer Stuudio Particular’s responsibility.

Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us. Please be 100% sure that you are confirming the purchase to be fair to all customers. Once payment is received, we cannot cancel your order as it has already been processed.


Returns
Returns are accepted if returned within 7 days from the day the order is shipped (for local and international orders). We do not issue cash refunds. Only jewelry that is unworn, unaltered, and with a label still attached can be returned/exchanged. Sale, pre-orders, discounted (using coupon code), and markdown items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Regarding your exchange or return arrangement with us, you can follow these steps:

We do not accept complaints without video proof. We kindly recommend you to record a clear video before opening the package for claims, returns or exchanges — in case you received faulty goods.
